We kick this process off with an in-depth consultation to help us understand you and your goals in the studio. From there, we build a weekly schedule together, which might include any of our personal training, private workout, group training and/or recovery services. Your Way
Take your personal gym sessions to a new level in Mode’s private training studio, available to be booked by the hour for 1-2 people. Workout solo or with your gym buddy, and enjoy our state of the art facilities with everything you need for weight, functional strength or HIT training.
Our unique space offers unparalleled privacy, a freshly cleaned environment, complimentary towels and cold filtered water with the option of added electrolytes.
Make use of our full rig set up including olympic barbells, squat rack, landmine, cables, benches and pull up bars. Get your cardio in on your private rowing machine or spin bike, or build your own HIT sets using a full suite of dumbbells, medicine balls, kettle bells or power bands.

We begin your personal training at Mode with an in-depth consultation, allowing us to get to know you and your unique objectives in the gym. From there, we book in your personalised plan and get your training sessions started in our fully private space.

Mode’s private studio can be booked as 60 minute appointments for up to two people at a time (yourself +1, not another member sharing your booking).
Bookings are placed through the Appointment Bookings page or our Mode Studio app, and can be cancelled up to 12 hours beforehand with no penalty.
Bookings for the studio open 30 days in advance so you can plan regular sessions in ahead of time. We offer single session or concession pack rates, found on our Memberships and Pricing page.

Yes, absolutely. One of the best ways to train! We have designed the studio to accomodate up to two people maximum, and there is no additional charge for a second person.

You are welcome to book a session in our restore suites to follow your private studio workout, but it is not included in the same booking.
Our restore suites accomodate up to two people, and we encourage you to make the most of your time with us by enjoying the ultimate restorative practice of an infrared sauna & ice bath post-workout.

Yes, if you have booked a time into our private studio that is outside of group training hours, you are welcome to use our treadmills in the main group training area as part of your private studio time.
